SUMMARY ASSESSMENT AUDITORY RESPONSE IN COCHLEAR IMPLANT SURGERY ON PATIENTS WITH INNER EAR MALFORMATION Objective : To define the clinical features, subclinical features and assessment auditory response in cochlear implant on patients with inner ear malformation. Methods: case series report. Results: Through the study of 23 cases inner ear malformations who received cochlear implants at the Ha Noi University Hospital and Tam Anh Hospital from 2018 to June 2023, we initially drew some conclusions as follows: 100% results of OAE were refer. All patients had severe or profound sensorineural hearing loss. 12/23 ears had normal cochlear never on MRI ( 52,17%), 04/23 ears had hypoplasia cochlear nerve (17,39%) , 07/23 ears had deficiency cochlear nerve on MRI (30,44%). The average impedance measured at the apical, middle, and basal electrode channels all achieved good results (<5kΩ) was: 56,52%; 69,57%; 65,22%. The results of auditory nerve response telemetry (ART): the good response rate at the apical, middle, and basal electrode groups was 56,52%;60,87% and 56,52%
